As part of the bin washing service, the vehicles are equipped with a GPS device that allows for real-time tracking of their movements. To accurately supervise the operations carried out, several smart sensors are installed:
RFID Reader
Automatically identifies the washed bins using integrated RFID tags, ensuring complete traceability.
Hydraulic pump sensor
Detects the activation of the high-pressure lift and wash system.
Kärcher Sensor
Records the manual use of the pressure washer for targeted interventions.
Wastewater drainage sensor
Indicate the phases of discharging the dirty water resulting from cleaning.
All of this data is centralized in the Diagnostic module, where it is presented in the form of dynamic graphs, allowing for detailed analysis and better optimization of operations.
Furthermore, the RFID module allows for the visualization of the washing status of each bin through an intuitive mapping interface. Cleaned bins appear in blue, while those that are not cleaned are displayed in gray, providing a clear overview of the service coverage in the field.
