manual balayage
As part of manual sweeping activities, the carts used by cleaning agents are equipped with specific GPS modules called Tracbal. These devices are designed to detect only the actual movements of the carts or their presence within a predefined cleaning circuit. Thus, the cart's activity is only taken into account by the system when movement is detected or when it is within its intervention zone. This approach allows for intelligent data reporting, avoiding false positives and ensuring accurate tracking of actual activity on the ground. All collected information is centralized in the supervision platform -GEODAKI-, providing managers with clear and reliable visibility into the performance of manual sweeping teams.
As already mentioned, each manual sweeping agent has a predefined theoretical route. Thanks to the GEODAKI platform, team leaders can consult in real-time the performance rates of each agent in relation to their assigned route, via the "Thematic Analysis" module (see image above).
The street sections that have been actually swept appear in green, while the uncovered portions are displayed in red, thus facilitating a quick assessment of performance. Additionally, automatic notifications are sent to the supervisors to report any route not completed at 90%, one hour before the end of the shift, allowing for optimal responsiveness in the field.
